"I had a question about my order and..."
I had a question about my order and customer service got back to me quickly. They were friendly and actually took the time to help, not just send some generic copy-and-paste reply. To be fair, that’s really all you can ask for when something comes up, and they handled it well. My issue was sorted out the same day, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience.

"Good price, but took some comparing"
I ended up ordering from deervalley.com mostly because the price was better than a few other places I checked. it took more effort than I wanted to compare everything and make sure I was actually getting a decent deal, but it seems like it paid off. The quality feels solid so far and it doesn’t seem overpriced. Shipping was standard, nothing special, but no real issues either. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid...

"Good stay overall, with a couple little hiccups"
I booked our place through deervalley.com, it was straightforward. I’m not sure I’d call it totally seamless, but it was easy enough, and the lodging ended up being clean, cozy, and close to the lifts, which definitely made the mornings feel less rushed.
I’d probably give it 4 stars mainly because the check-in details came later than I expected, and parking was a little tighter than I would’ve liked. That said, we still had a really nice stay, and I’m sure I’d book through them again.

"Good snow and decent grooming"
Had a solid weekend out there. The snow was good for the most part, and a lot of the runs were nicely groomed in the morning. Some of the busier spots got a little scraped off later in the day, but overall it skied really well. I’d definitely go back

"I don’t know why people make it..."
I don’t know why people make it sound like the lift lines are always a nightmare here, because that really wasn’t my experience. Most of the day they moved just fine, and yeah, things slowed down a bit after lunch, but that’s kind of expected. Getting around the mountain was easy too, so overall I thought it was a good day.

"Parking Was Honestly a Relief"
I remember feeling a little anxious driving into Deer Valley, thinking parking was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being so easy. We found a spot quickly and the shuttle was right there waiting, which instantly took the stress out of the whole thing. It’s one of those small details that really sticks with you when you’re trying to enjoy the day.

"Good lunch, but a little overpriced"
The food was actually really tasty and I enjoyed my lunch, but the bill ended up being higher than I expected. I also never fully trust customer service to be upfront about extra costs, so that part kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Good meal overall, just pricier than I’d like.

"I booked ski school through Deer Valley and..."
I booked ski school through Deer Valley and it was super easy!!! The instructor was really patient and made my kid feel comfortable right away. By the end, my kid was already asking to go back the next day!!! It definitely wasn’t cheap, but for us it felt totally worth it!!!
